In 2003, Lisa and Malcom Chakery created their own kind of website development company. Their goal to serve clients better than anyone else. Sure, they produced great websites, but only if it worked to improve the client's bottom line.

Lisa & Malcom started out almost exclusively as a print-media and website development agency. Today, their services include everything from database development, e-commerce, web marketing and sales promotion, market research and public relations, new media and corporate identity, and web related consulting.

Our method for understanding our clients needs far outweigh the benefits of doing business with another website design company. Sure, we have competitors and certainly there are millions of other design companies that our current and future clients could have done business with. You might ask why us, and simply put we will tell you that it is because we have a good relationship with our clients and because we listen to what our clients needs are. Most of our business comes through word of mouth and referrals from our existing client base.

Our design team goes that extra step to ensure that you are happy with the overall look of your website before we proceed to the next step. You the client are involved in each phase of the project. We are always researching the latest ways to ensure a better relationship between our company and the client and have found that clients like to be able to reach the company when it is convenient for the client, that is why we make sure that we are available when you are even if it is after 5pm on a Friday or on a Saturday.

Notice I did not say Sunday, as we try to rest on Sunday but can be reached by email and you will likely get a response very quickly.

Malcom Chakery
President: Chakery Design

Founder and President of Chakery Design, Malcom Chakery has extensive knowledge and experience in the workings of a web based business operation. Possessing great amounts of expertise in regard to marketing, web design and development, Malcom is extremely comfortable handling all details regarding the day-to-day operations as well as the sales and support of his many high profile clients. With a clear plan in place regarding operational procedures, all aspects of web design, marketing and promotional activities are managed and overseen by Malcom before they are completed. As a stickler for detail, Malcom believes in providing greater than expected support, superior customer service, and innovative programs, making sure to go above and beyond customer expectations.

Previous to his experience as President of Chakery Design, Malcom was employed as an Account Executive for several Fortune 500 companies including Blue Cross Blue Shield of RI, Nordstrom Department Store, Sprint PCS Business/Government and IKON Office Solutions Business and Government. With an eye on the future, it was clear to Malcom that his expertise could be more fully utilized by developing his own web-based company, which he has successfully achieved. Initially, Malcom started out almost exclusively as a print-media and website development agency. Today, his thriving company has grown to include everything from database development, e-commerce, web marketing, sales promotion, market research, public relations, new media and corporate identity. As the Internet continues to grow, Malcom’s role as a web related consultant continues to grow and expand as well.

Malcom attended Johnson & Wales University where he served as Freshman Class Senator. He also acted as DECA Chapter President. Malcom operates his business with his wife Lisa. They reside in the State of Texas.

Lisa Chakery
Vice President: Chakery Design

When one considers the importance of finding the bottom line or locating the simplest way to achieve customer goals, Lisa Chakery is the person who makes it happens. As the Vice President of Chakery Design, Lisa has more than proven her ability to effectively convey the right message. With a strong focus on e-commerce system solutions and their relevance to a customer’s needs and specifications, Lisa maintains an industry reputation for consistently meeting and exceeding her client’s goals.

As a highly organized, individual, possessing a creative approach combined with great attention to detail, Lisa has reliably put into practice only the highest of customer satisfaction coupled with superior services. She effectively applies her influential know-how to get to the bottom of complex business issues related to the web based industry. Centering her attention on e-commerce sites as well as content management, she has without fail surpassed all projections of company goals.

Previous to her role as Vice President of Chakery Design, Lisa served as Sales Representative for Nextel in addition to Special Events Coordinator with the March of Dimes. Adding to her list of credits, Lisa graduated from Science Academy in South Texas and attended Johnson and Wales University where she majored in marketing. She also held the title of President of the Delta Phi Epsilon Sorority. Lisa resides in Texas with her husband, Malcom Chakery.
